Angel Broking Limited founded by Mr. Dinesh D. Thakkar. He is an Indian entrepreneur and Chairman and Managing Director of the company. In 1980-1982, he got degree in Computer science from Kishinchand Chellaram College of Arts and Commerce and science.

In 1998, he started a start up known as Angel Broking in Mumbai. Angel Broking Limited is a member of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), National Stock Exchange (NSE), Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India (MSEI), NCDEX & MCX.
