Tournafest’s Esports engine keeps track of every match a player plays in the tournament. Every player is assigned a base rating of 1500 on the platform and each time a player wins or loses a match his/her TF rating increases or decreases respectively in proportion to the average ratings of the group the match has been played between. The TF ratings are based on the True skill algorithm and thus are more variable initially than later.
