Establishment
- The company was founded in 1961.
- The Ramco Cements Ltd. commissioned its first cement plant in 1961 with a capacity of 200 TPD(Tons Per Day) and since then has increased the number of cement plants to 11(five integrated plants and six grinding units) and cumulative cement production capacity to over 20 MTPA (Million Tons per annum).

Cement Production
The main product of the company is Portland cement, manufactured in 8 production facilities that include Integrated Cement plants and Grinding units with a current total production capacity of 16.45 MTPA (out of which satellite grinding units capacity alone is 4 MTPA). Wind Power Generation
