Establishment
Pemex established in 1938 by Lázaro Cárdenas. The company involves a complex myriad of installations and advanced technology and has experienced and trained personnel. Pemex providing its products and services in all over the world with customer satisfaction. It operates through the whole chain of value of the industry, from exploration and production -upstream- to industrial transformation, logistics and marketing –downstream. The company CEO is Octavio Romero Oropeza.
Founder
Pemex founded by Lázaro Cárdenas del Río. He was a Mexican soldier and politician and born in 1895 at Mexico. In the age 16, after his father death, the responsibilities of family was on his shoulders. He worked as a tax collector, a printer’s devil and a jail keeper. He is a very kind hearted person and always stan for justice. He also joined politics. And later he started a company in 1938 named Pemex. In 1932 he married to Amalia Solórzano and blessed with one children Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas. In 1970, he died in Mexico.
