Alicia Yoon
Alicia Yoon (born 1982) is a South Korean businesswoman and founder of Peach & Lily. After completing her high school education back in Korea, she trained for a year as an esthetician to better understand skincare. She then moved back to the US to study at Columbia University and eventually Harvard Business School, earning her MBA. She proceeded to join the Boston Consulting Group before leaving to start her own company, Peach & Lily.
As a result of her work, Alicia has been featured on WWD’s 25 Most Innovative Beauty Executives list and also serves on the Cosmetic Executive Women’s Board of Governors. With a background in finance and consulting and a passion for skincare, Alicia used her own experiences with severe eczema to empower others on their own skincare journey by providing the right information and products.
