    I am 89 year old lady and my husband 93 year old my land line Number 0495 2355302 was dead nearly one month my repeated complaints given through customer care on 5/7/2022 id 28971368972,and 15/07/2022 id 29007485902 but no response from BSNL and not rectified yet. So, today i am again given a complaint id 129048907002. with out rectifying the problem your technical term closing the complaint and every day we have to rice new complaints again and again
    i am requesting you to do some effective actions and do the need full to rectify the dead phone to live and wave my this month bill amount also
