Establishment
Dalmia Bharat Limited established in 1939. The company had a heritage of 70 years of expertise and experience. The Dalmia Group had established four cement plants in pre-independence years, two of which were affected by the partition and Independence. The two remaining plants operate as Dalmia Cement and we also made strategic investment in Orissa Cements Limited (OCL). The company use latest technology for expanding business with world class quality and customer satisfaction.
Founder
Dalmia Bharat Limited founded by Jaidayal Dalmia. He was born on 1904 at Rajasthan and the founder of the company. Dalmia was an Indian industrialist. He and his brother Ramkrishna Dalmia founded Dalmia cements company. Jaidayal Dalmia married to Krishna Devi and blessed with seven sons are Vishnu Hari Dalmia, Nar Hari Dalmia, Mridu Hari Dalmia, Jai Hari Dalmia, Ajay Hari Dalmia, Yadu Hari Dalmia and Raghu Hari Dalmia and two daughters Uma Devi and Usha Devi. He was very talented from a very young age. On 1993, he died.
