Vedantu established in 2011. The company name Vedantu is derived from Sanskrit word, Veda+Tantu, Veda means knowledge and tantu means network. the company is providing its services in all over the world. Vedantu’s online tutoring platform enables LIVE interactive learning between a teacher and a student. It offers individual and group classes. Vedantu interact with student through 2 way-interactive whiteboard, which acts as a bridge to share LIVE audio and video feed.

Vedantu founded by four friends Vamsi Krishna, Pulkit Jain, Saurabh Saxena and Anand Prakash. Vamsi Krishna is a Chief Executive Officer of the Vedantu company. He is an Indian entrepreneur and did B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. He love photography, flute and playing poker. Krishna is very talented and creative person.
Pulkit Jain is an Indian entrepreneur and co-founder of Vedantu company. he did B.tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. In 2005, he joined Evalueserve as Business analyst. In Vedantu company, he handles product head department.
