APL Apollo tubes limited established in 1986.
- 1986, the company started its operations at very small level but now it is one of the leading metal company in India.
- 1994-95, the company Commissioned a new Galvanizing plant and received ISI Certification and listed on the Stock Exchanges (BSE & NSE).
- 2000-2002, the company commissioned a new tube mill and modern Gallium mill and received ISO 9001:2000 certification.
- 2007-2008, the company acquired Apollo Metalex Private Limited and awarded with Star Export House Status and acquired Shri Lakshmi Metal Udyog Limited in Bengaluru.
- 2018-2019, the company acquired Apollo Tricoat and entered into home improvement, solution offerings with focused consumer products like door, frames, designer tubes, electrical conduits, ceiling products. The Company has evolved and developed from a steel tube manufacturer into a global leader of branded structural steel tubing products.
